Bill is an entertainment and technology lawyer in private practice. Bill focuses on helping individuals and companies manage the demands of our emerging digital media culture through entertainment talent representation, copyright, trademark and trade secret advice, traditional and digital media licensing, corporate organization and maintenance, and advertising, human resources, and regulatory compliance. Representative individual clients include writers, producers, directors, software developers, fine artists, toy companies, animators, photographers, songwriters, music producers, clothing designers, and stunt professionals. Representative corporate clients include television production studios and networks, digital media producers, online music distribution companies, ‘out of home’ television network operators, apparel manufacturers and retailers and commercial photography studios. Bill graduated from Loyola Law School, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Copyright Law, and took first honors in Internet Law and Computers and the Law. Bill began his career in the Entertainment Department of Loeb & Loeb LLP and later served as counsel to the firm of Altschul & Olin, LLP and the Roll International Corporation (parent company of Fiji Water LLC, Teleflora LLC, Paramount Farms, Inc., PomWonderful LLC, the Franklin Mint Companies and other enterprises). Bill currently serves as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs of Music Reports, Inc.
